Care Companions Melbourne (CCM) has proudly supported the community as a NDIS-registered provider since 2016. We’re dedicated to helping children and adults with a disability achieve their goals, enhance their independence, and live life to the fullest.
If you’re eligible for the NDIS but haven’t yet applied, our team can guide you through the application process — completely free of charge.

We offer a wide range of Core Support — including Assistance with Daily Life and Community Participation — with flexible options from occasional 2-hour sessions to full 24/7 support. Our services are designed to help you make the most of your NDIS funding while supporting your everyday needs and goals.
Our experienced Support Coordinators help you make the most of your NDIS plan — from understanding your funding and connecting with the right services, to preparing for plan reviews — all tailored to your individual goals and needs.
